Private Gatherings

For all readings via phone or Zoom:

Your consultation is recorded for you and the recording sent to you as an MP3 download for your further reflection. (This is important because I will not remember your session for more than a few minutes after the session ends.)  Please note that the recording is made available as a courtesy to you, and quality is not guaranteed. What you are paying for is my time, experience, focus, guidance and knowledge.  When using Zoom, I may not be on camera; this will not affect the reading in any way.

My scheduler requires payment via PayPal at the time of booking. When a reading is in person at a fair or expo and has not been prepaid, cash or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) are accepted.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS of any kind under any circumstances; please do not ask.  

Due to unfortunate experiences in the past when rules have been relaxed, no exceptions will be made.

FEES FOR SERVICES:

If, as sometimes happens, a reading is completed with time left over, you may be given a code to redeem the “leftover time” at a later date.  This is decided on a case-by-case basis.

GENERAL READINGS: $300 per hour. Half-hour readings are $150. Time is charged in 30-minute blocks.

FINDING YOUR NORTH STAR READING:  $299; as this reading does not involve direct client interaction there is no per-hour charge.  Please note that this reading cannot be cancelled after it is ordered.

CREATE YOUR SENTENCE OF PASSION CONSULTATIONS: $399 for the first 90 minutes. Any additional time requested is at $150 per 30-minute block.

BUSINESS CONSULTATIONS: Brainstorming consultations are $499 for the first 90 minutes. Any additional time requested is at $150 per 30-minute block.

• Mentoring sessions are $350 per hour/$175 for 30 minutes, with a 30-minute minimum, and billed in 30-minute blocks.

SOUL PLAN READINGS: $750 per hour, with a one-hour minimum. (The 12-14 hours of preparatory time/trance-channeling on my part is included in the first hour’s fee; subsequent hours are extra time spent with the client on the phone working with the results.)  The vast majority of sessions are completed within the one-hour timeframe.  Additional time is billed in 30-minute blocks.

EXPIRATIONS, CANCELLATIONS, MISSED APPOINTMENTS AND REFUNDS

Please treat your time and mine as valuable – just as you would that of a doctor, a lawyer, or any other professional whose services you sought. Due to my packed schedule and the specialized nature of these sessions, the following is our Expiration, Cancellation, Missed Appointment Fee and Refund Policy.

REFUNDS ON SESSIONS LIVE WITH ME:

My #1 rule for doing readings is that you must speak and understand fluent English.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  If you still book a reading with me regardless of this rule, you will not get a reading and your money will not be refunded.

For English speakers:  If you believe that we are not connecting, it is your responsibility to tell me that within the first 10 minutes of the reading. After that, there is no refund.

Especially with regard to mediumship, NO ONE can demand that any one Spirit is to come through immediately. Even Spirit has the God-given right of FREE WILL. I will do everything in my power to make this connection for you, but there is no guarantee.  If I attempt to reach your departed loved ones and cannot, that is not a reason for a refund, especially if that is only part of the reading and other information has been dispensed.

Remember that by law this is for entertainment only, and even the best of us are only 85% accurate; the only one 100% accurate is God and He/She/They/It does not take reading appointments on this website. Additionally, you may find some days or weeks later that what you felt was off-target is actually correct; this happens at least a third of the time with readings.

REFUNDS ON POSTPONED APPOINTMENTS AND EMAIL APPOINTMENT PRODUCTS

ALL reading appointments EXPIRE after 180 days (6 months) if the reading is postponed and not rebooked within that time.

Postponements happen because of weather, hospitalizations, or family crises, and are sparingly given.  NO APPOINTMENT MAY BE POSTPONED MORE THAN ONCE without charge.   Subsequent postponements are EACH TIME subject to a 50% postponement fee, which is charged the day the postponement is requested.  No refunds are available for any appointment once postponed.

Readings where the client is not in direct contact with me via phone or Zoom are nonrefundable once booked, as the work has been done on your behalf and the MP3 recording and any paperwork cannot be cancelled once received.

Sessions where you are in direct contact with me as we work together:  If you cancel your session within 48 hours of making your appointment, you will have funds returned minus a $65 cancellation fee.

Cancellations (without previous postponements) made after the initial 48 hours, but no later than

• 24 hours ahead for a general session,
• 72 hours ahead for consultations, or
• 21 days ahead for Soul Plan Readings

 will result in a Cancellation Fee of 50% of the minimum charge ($75-$150 for general readings, $200-$250 for consultations, $375 for Soul Plan readings).

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER THE ABOVE DEADLINES HAVE PASSED.

If you cancel, you will ALWAYS receive an acknowledgement of your cancellation from me.  If you do not receive such an acknowledgement, it means I have not received your cancellation.

REGARDING LATE ARRIVALS AND NO-SHOWS:  If you are late, your appointment is not extended, as that cuts into the time of the next client’s reading. You are considered a “no-show” when you are not available within 15 minutes of your appointment start time.  [In the case of 15 minute readings, the no show limit is 7 minutes.]

ALL no-shows (a no-show means that an appointment is not cancelled but the client misses the appointment and/or is unavailable at the scheduled time) forfeit their session fee in full; there are no refunds. This includes missing prebooked appointments for one-on-one sessions and psychic events.

FOR SOUL PLAN READINGS:  Not getting homework in within the required period with sufficient information OR completely changing the subject of the session without consulting with Corbie before the 21 day cutoff date are both grounds for Full Cancellation without refund.   If I choose to continue with your appointment, there will be an additional 25% Rescheduling Fee, as  it will mean I must schedule you between already-booked readings, moving other clients.

Postponements of Soul Plan readings less than six weeks from the original date will also invoke an additional 25% Rescheduling Fee, as there is not sufficient time for me to rebook your slot and give the new client time to prepare sufficient homework.

No exceptions will be made. Please be considerate of my time, as I would be of yours. If you miss your appointment without contacting my office you may not be given an opportunity to reschedule. While I regret the need to do this, I generally have people waiting up to six months for consultations and Soul Plan readings, and for a session to be missed without good reason is unfair to everyone concerned.
